What if I don't have an e-reader?
That's okay. Once you checkout, you'll receive the registration to all of the products within the toolbox. You'll be able to read them or use them on any device you have: phone, desktop computer, tablet, etc.
Does this take a long time to get thru?
Absolutely not. The eBooks have been written to get straight to the point. Each takes less than 30 minutes to read.
The E-course and other materials can take 1-3 hours to read the material, but the action-taking ranges.
When will everything arrive?
Immediately. You'll be able to check your email, get your registration, and begin going thru the materials. If you have any trouble with the arrival, you can email me at tiffany@kohainc.org.
Are these available in paperback, spiral-bound, or hard copy versions?
Not currently, however, if we have enough people that request other versions, we'll definitely create other versions.
How do I know it's for me?

I suffer from PTSD and Clinical Depression. I've been living with this for a very long time. I agree, a big chunk of what we suffer from, when it comes to depression, is our perception of things. We feel worthless, broken down by our past or current situation. At first, I was skeptical about this book because I have read so many books pertaining to helping with my depression and they didn't really help. This one was a HUGE exception.
This is more than a guide, it provides exercises that you can do in order to enhance your POSITIVE perception of yourself and your life. The author also gives positive verses to study and meditate on pertaining to where the depression symptoms might be coming from. This book was in a way a big coping mechanism for me. I am very thankful to have found it! For those suffering from depression, lack of self esteem, problems in your life, unhappiness, and/or negative perception-this is the book for you! It is time for a change and this is only the beginning.
