We have heard plenty of ‘new age philosophers’ say the same thing number of times in variety of ways. What does it mean, though? To an average person its gibberish, something someone would say just to sound worldly. I think these words have eon’s s of knowledge in them and more people should think about them.
We are often shocked at the ugliness of events that occur around us. For example – economic and political meltdowns, raging terrorism engulfing one country after another, outbreaks of diseases that have no cure, religious intolerance in the world, governments are spying on their own citizens, the nuclear race, 1% rich of the world getting richer by the minute, sexism in all societies etc. Do you think our present circumstances would be different if we had paid attention to our surroundings in the past?
We as a civilization have driven ourselves crazy with the notion of acquiring the supreme spot. Our attentions, intentions and energies have been focused on trying to outdo each other in everything possible. The result is a destructive cycle of insecurity and a perpetual state of ‘energy crises’. This energy crisis is about the power struggle that nations so willingly indulge in.
What happens when you are too indulgent without being thankful? People pay the price in various ways. The most common is the lack of consideration for each other as a society. If you are rich in ideas, share. If you are rich in goods, lift others up. If you are rich in connections, connect others. If you are rich in talents, use them to encourage others. If you are rich in money, invest it to benefit many.
So true, yet so many of us only prepare when in need, like preparation before a job interview. We as a society need to give and be equally open to receive. Take notice of what naturally happens when we feel that we have nothing. For most of us, when we get to our last dollar is when we consider serving in a way that we would not do otherwise. When we run out of knowledge for a particular area of interest, we give money or services in return for the knowledge. Do not exhaust any area of wealth. Give freely what you have, and all of your vats can stay filled.
God spoke thru Joel saying:
Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord, your God; for He gives you the former or early rain in just measure and in righteousness, and He causes to come down for you the rain, the former rain and the latter rain, as before. And the [threshing] floors shall be full of grain and the vats shall overflow with juice [of the grape] and oil. And I will restore or replace for you the years that the locust has eaten—the hopping locust, the stripping locust, and the crawling locust, My great army which I sent among you.
Joel 2:23-25Amplified Bible (AMP)
It sounds like the famous law of attraction – like attracts like. The essence of this post lay in the conclusive paragraph. The built up is just to make you aware of what we are capable of and what we have done. If you are rich in solutions, share them with others and set them free. You will notice that if you “prime the pump” with what you do have, you will gain what you did not have; it’s the laws that God set in place thru Abraham, and officiated thru Jesus. Love covers over every wrong, so give what you have to receive what you do not.
We ought to slow down and take time to appreciate each other and our surroundings. We need to respect time and universe’s infiniteness. We aren’t god so shouldn’t act like one. We must use our mortal body and soul to bring good things for our future generations. We ought to lead by example, by sending out our best intentions in the world. By becoming aware of our energies and aligning them with the infinite source of universe’s energy, we can finally put our crisis to rest.
Prosperity is the state of flourishing, thriving, good fortune and / or successful social status. Prosperity often encompasses wealth but also includes others factors …
